I don't know how i've been sleeping on your mods for so long but this is gold, in my obsession with turning Skyrim into an immersive sim stuff like this is better than gold. :)
Oh! I wonder how this interacts with VR? With Spell Wheel VR and VRIK you can easily equip potions directly to your hand. If I could then smash it into someone's face, that'd be awesome!
If you make a version that can work in VR without telekinesis requirement when your headset is back that would be amazing! Same for your poison mod. I'll keep an eye on your mods in case those happen!
Just something I think is funny, you could technically drop the potion out of your inventory, grab it (with the Activate key) and drop it, then punch someone and it applies the potion/poison as well. This probably could have been fixed but I found it funny and left it in :D

That's really cool, although probably not a fit for this one as this mod relies on Telekinesis spell (so you're not just throwing, but pulling as well), and it uses whatever animation you have for that spell. In the screenshot I'm using Comprehensive First Person Animation Overhaul and that works fine.
Ok now this looks pretty damned awesome! Can't wait to try it out!
Edit: Now I'm wondering if there are any mods that add bomb like potions. Like what if you could mix, say, Fire Salts with something, and make a firebomb? Or Ice Wraith teeth with something and make a freezing potion that you could yeet into someone's face?
I have mods that add actual grenade but I feel that a mod like this, combined with a mod like I described, could really open up an entire new type of playthrough for alchemists.

Unfortunately I've lend my headset to a friend so I'm not able to test that :\
