I looked into it on Xedit and I added the ability of crafting to all those tanning racks. I wonder if that's enough to make it work like this mod intended
For some reason, this had the opposite effect for me. Probably because of uncapper. My smithing is 174 and smelting one steel ingot gave me almost a full level. Probably best to use this on a new game. Still going to endorse. The smelter I used was in Riverwood added by JK's Skyrim. Didn't test anywhere else, possibly a patch needed. Will keep my eye on this! Thanks.
