Craftable Circlets, including smelting recipes for base metals, or gems.
 . theres no onyx gems in the game so I just substituted flawless amethysts instead.
 . No jade material in the game, uses steel instead.
Fix dwarven staff crafting recipes, they should now appear in the forge instead of the smelter.
