Pre-update controlmap text files are incompatible with 1.6.1130 update since they are missing the changes bethesda added to the games default controlmap file located inside the interface-BSA.The result is usually a CTD on game launch

Download the file manually (your not going to install it) Its a copy of the new updates controlmap text file.
Open the file with Notepad plus plus and scroll all the way down to the bottom.You will see these 3 sections
// Lockpicking
// Creations Menu (This is the section that needs to be added to pre-update controlmap text files)
// Favor
Copy the whole Creations Menu section. Open the pre-update contromap text file with notepad ++ and paste it into the same location as above.Save and your done,the file will now be compatible with 1.6.1130.
Delete any ControlMap_Custom file in your skyrim special edition folder
Install the fixed controlmap file to Data/Interface/Controls/PC folder
Once in game go to Journal/System/Controls and reset to defaults.
Ive fixed a controller mod that i first used in legendary edition.Some people may have very customised controller layouts that they have been using for years,so i thought i would share the fix.
