I'm currently done with modding and not taking requests or making patches. You can learn how to make a patch yourself by downloading the ASF Guide from the Files section.

Sorry for my immature English but with the mod installed, I still get the vanilla bug that randomly decreases the dual-wielding attack speed to the base value of 1 when I change to wield a shield or use a left-hand magic then re-equip a one-handed weapon on the left hand with the Dual Flurry perks on my character in a long-game save. It seems that the only solution to this problem for me is to load a normal save previously, or remove the Dual Flurry perks and add them via the console in my current bugged save. Sad.

I know it's been a while, but I have the same problem and I don't know what to do anymore. Did you manage to solve it?

What ASF mean????? Attack Speed Framework I think. It's an acronym used only on your mod. I didn't knew.

Do you know how I can check the attack speed of a certain enemy to compare to default attack speed of this enemy so I can see If it matches? Also, where I can check the default attack speed of enemies? Please, some mod or mods of mine are causing vampires to attack very fast. I don't have Better Vampires of any of the mods you said in the substitute list.

Thank you! I was having an extremely slow dual wielding attack speed and this mod fixed it.

Can anybody please assist me. I've tried multiple MODS and been trying console commands to increase my attack speed. But for some reason it would seem that only my left hand attack speed increases whilst right hand attack speed remains default. Right hand attack speed only increases while crouching?

    NOTHING WORKS
    - Elemental Fury Shout
    - Phenderix Magic Evolved Spell (theres a spell that modifies attack speed)
    - Console commands (player.setav weaponspeedmult X) (player.setav leftweaponspeedmult X)
    - PACE by CryoFox64

I have a few combat mods enabled such as Valhalla Combat but I'm not sure what else to do...

Had a problem with my attacks being in slow motion, 0.25 as per the getav command. The correct multiplier should've been 0 (tested with a previous save before the problem occured).

Installed this mod to fix it and it set my weapon speed to 1.26 which was incorrect.

I ended up reloading an earlier save, luckly only minutes away, and that was that. I haven't encountered the bug for quite a while now and I can't understand what's triggering it, apparently when I use bows. But again it doesn't happen every single time I use a bow, but it will happen occasionally. Maybe it has to do with the improved draw speed perk (I'm using Adamant and all the SimonMagus overhaul mods. Scripts are not complicated. Draw bow speed is also present in vanilla anyway so I'm not sure that's the point here).

I guess the only "fix" right now is to save often and reload when it occurs  :/

I've been having tons of issues with bows and attack speeds, sometimes my character gets ultra-fast and sometimes insanely slow, and apparently once it happens it gets carried over to melee too. As far as I can tell it all started with the Quick Shot perk. I'm using some mods too (AGO\CGO + Wildcat) and when it first happened, disabling them, making a clean save and re-enabling them did the trick. Now it's happening again and I'm really not sure what's causing it.
One thing I can say for sure is that the Bow of Shadows greatly worsened the situation, had to let it sit in my armory and forget about it.

    2 Points of Interest:
    1)
Your link to the thread for the TTRSO commentary leads only to the LE TTRSO Nexus page. I assume that was not originally the case. I noticed because I use it,  and was interested.
    Just FYI.

    2) Re: Compatibilities/necessary-or-not/etc: I see no mention of Engarde, which is the Combat Overhaul I use.
    Would love to know!

This mod looks incredibly useful regardless - whether I shall find need for it mid-game this playthrough or not...
    Brilliant!

This was recently recommended to me to fix weapon speed issues I encounter. Whenever I attack a creature or humanoid, my character's weapon speed decreases to 0.05. Will this mod fix that?

Edit: Nvm. It just makes my weapon speed stupidly fast, so this mod didn't help either.

You don't need ASF if you have installed one of the following mods, as they contain their own version of the fix. Compatibility problems with these mods can be resolved in-game, usually through the MCM or console. (some of these mods aren't available for SSE, so just ignore them)
      Skyrim Redone
      Perkus Maximus
      Requiem
      SPERG (fixes Player only)
      Disparity
      True Armor
      Better Vampires (only if vampire)
ACE - Combat Skills: if using the ACE Melee module, run "set WeaponSpeedBaseFix to 0" in the console
TheThirdRace Skill Overhaul (TTRSO): see this thread if you use the One-Handed, Illusion, Light Armor or Speech modules.
