of the Eldergleam Sanctuary. I did not edit the original cell of the Sanctuary. The home is called Ellri Gista (Elder Lodge in Old Norse) and is loosely based off of Riverside Lodge, the only house mod I used for original Skyrim, http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/14308/? By Lupus. Obviously I did not use his/her file, all new edits in a new location. All décor is static, you can't pick anything up, move it or knock it over.
It should be Hearthfire Compatible but it isn't working, I followed the steps given by TMPhoenix and still no luck. If anyone could tell me what I'm missing for it to register please let me know. It will be greatly appreciated.

TO GET THERE:
There is a map on the wall of Whiterun, to the right as you enter the gate
or
Travel to High Hrothgar and there is a portal inside the sleeping quarters of the Greybeards

2 guards that sandbox a small area (one is a mage and the other is a ranger)

There is a weird invisible wall in the armory in front of the 1H display, can't figure out what it is
The 1H and Staff storage activators act different then the others. In the sense they don't activate when
facing it directly. I've tried rotating them, and messing with the
size many times and nothing helps
If using a grass mod, depending what it is, it may poke through almost every object in the exterior cell
