The Arquebus creation allows you arm your civil war faction of choice with some new firepower, and as a reward they have a unique arquebus made for you. But you can only get one of them per save...
This patch adds a new post-quest encounter for each faction once you complete "Arming the Empire" or "Arming the Stormcloaks," to allow you to have both without cheating. Made in the spirit of several other "get both rewards" type mods out there.

Once you compete 'Arming the Stormcloaks' or 'Arming the Imperials', you'll get a letter some time later from Galmar or Rikke. Reading that note will trigger the opposing faction's ambush to spawn.
Stormcloak: Just over the bridge past the Windhelm stables, triggers when you cross the bridge.
Imperial: In the wooded area near Pinewatch and Lakeview Manor.
It's only possible to get one of these per playthrough, but you only need the one that opposes your faction anyway.
