Weapon Lore and Description -
Kanshou and Bakuya are iconic weapons of the Fate franchise - being the go - to weapons for characters such as Shirou and Archer. They're a twin pair of blades that have proven to be rather reliable for their wielders.
According to Fate, these weapons were crafted by the blacksmith Gan Yiang without any true sense of purpose. The high quality of these two weapons were a result of Gan Yiang's wife, Mo Ye, sacrificing herself to help her husband forge the blades. Gan Yiang planned to deceive the King of Wu by keeping the "Gan Yiang" (Kanshou) blade to himself and giving only the "Mo Ye" (Bakuya) blade to the king, however, this ruse was discovered and the King of Wu had him executed.
Weapon Stats and Info-
Kanshou and Bakuya weren't obviously known for being the strongest or more unique Noble Phantasms, but they were indeed very reliable and efficient. Gameplay - wise, they're on a tier equivalent to ebony weapons except they attack faster at the cost of a bit of attack range. They're also incredibly cheap to craft compared to an average ebony sword.
Kanshou or Bakuya Stats -
- 13 Weapon Damage
- 10 Weight
- 1.100 Attack Speed
- 0.900 Reach
- Can be Enchanted
Acquisition
Kanshou and Bakuya can each be crafted at any forge with the Ebony Smithing Perk. Each of them are also temperable with one ebony ingot at a sharpening wheel.

- Nifskope - To Make the NIF file
- Adobe Photoshop - For Texturing and DDS Conversion
- Blender - For 3D Modeling, Sculpting, and UV - Wrapping
- Paint.net - To convert to DDS
- SSEEdit - To create the ESP
- Quixel Mixer - For Texturing
