About this mod
Bards break into song and drum less often. Mostly just play the flute and the lute. Highly recommended to use with BA Bard songs.

What is it?
This mod is the same as (i.e. mostly copied from) Bard Instrumentals Mostly - Sing Rarely, except that it also puts drums in the same rare chance roll only.
There is a USSEP and Non-USSEP version, please choose the right one!

Seriously, all credit to Banjobunny for his mod. I copied his script and idea and changed it by one character.
All I did was also copy the code for a non-ussep version, and then test to make sure they worked. If you upload this anywhere, you must also credit Banjobunny.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND you also install: BA Bard Songs
...else you're going to get really tired of hearing the same flute and lute songs.
Why?
I always felt it was a bit strange that the bard sometimes just drum with no accompaniment or singing, but feel it's a reasonable thing to do rarely.
The result:
Bards will have a 2% chance of drumming, and a 3-4% chance of singing, depending on if you've completed the main dragon quest.
If you don't math, that's 94-95% chance of playing the flute or lute every time.
NOTE: The Orc bard in the Moorside Inn seems to have his own logic. He never sings, but he will drum regularly.

Compatible with mods that don't edit the BardSongScript.pex file.
