FIX NPC PERMABLOCK
DESCRIPTION:
Fix NPC Permablock is a straightforward mod designed to enhance gameplay experience. This mod alters the game's ESP to prevent NPCs from permablocking.
FEATURES:
Simple mod editing three Game Settings, fCombatBlockTimeMax, fCombatBlockTimeMid and fCombatBlockTimeMin. They are set to 2 seconds, 1.5 seconds and 1 second respectively. (Max was originally 10000 seconds, Mid was 8 and Min was 4). You can adjust the timers for NPCs block hold in SSEEdit.
CREDITS:
I found this fix in the comment section of Steady Block - Block Animation Stuck Fix, where LeoneKingzz mentioned one could change fCombatBlockChanceMax to a value lower than 10000 to fix permablock. Found two more values (Mid and Min) in Creation Kit afterwards!
