Been working on this off and on over the last year, and I've finally finished it to my liking.
I decided to make this a little quest, though there is no actual quest scripting. So nothing will show up in your quest log. Though I might figure out how to add that later.
To start, look for a bloody note at Candlehearth Hall in Windhelm, upper floor.
Come in heavy, light, and cloth versions. Choose only one to install.
Can be enchanted.
