This is a retexture of the Skyrim "Snowbear", that should fit much better in an arctic landscape.
<br />We decide to give other mod authors also the opportunity to use some of our work.

AIM of this MOD
Did you see, how Bethesda made the "Snow Bear" ?
Like a small, dirty cave bear, grey and with the meshes of a usual black/brown bear;
peaceful and cute like he is just waking up from his winter dreams.
Wandering through arctic areas, do you expect this?
Or rather a real Polar Bear ->
an alpha predator, slim, tall, agile, quick, aggressive,
powerful and aware of his superiority in the northern regions?
...And of course ...bright with a yellowish shine... beautiful!
(there is no mud in a frozen landscape ;-) )

Version 2.0
repaired: Fixed the wrong savepath (for the textures&Nif) and naming conventions in CK.
improved: Bigger, more aggressive, and higher detection, warning and aggression range;
a bit stronger (a bit more Life and Damage).
There is a "BEAR TEST AREA" north of the Mage College, you can fast travel to the map marker with a bear claw.
This was mainly to check the textures ingame, and later to be cleaned out with TS5EDIT.
So, if you wish your Skyrim worldspace to be untouched, simply "remove" all edits on worldspace in TS5EDIT,
the rest of this resource will work properly still.

This Mod is dedicated to my little companion Snowbear (died 23rd of June 2016. 6pm) (dt. Schneebär, jp./zh. 雪熊) who was killed as an outcome of a car accident. He was a fearless and loyal warrior, companion and hunter for our young family and had a great sense of humor. He died in the age of only one year. Please drive safely!
