About this mod
The player home version of my shop mod of the same name.
Added a simple player home in the Whiterun Plains. Not heavily decorated. Free to grab, applies well rested bonus.
Fast travel immediately available.

The shop version: The Amaranth - A Blacksmith's Shop
These two mods are in the same location so don't activate both at the same time.
I removed most of the dummy items that are for sell in the shop version except for the mace and the shield on the counter, stats wise they are junk so I feel it's justified. (Are we really talking about balancing here in a free real estate mod's page? )
Location
Somewhere in the plains, check the pictures.
Keys can be found in a strongbox behind the storage room, no lockpicking required, check the pictures.
Compatibility
No custom meshes, will use your texture for everything from architecture to clutters.
Edited the navmesh around the area and changed some terrain texture to get rid of the grass in the smelter.
Probably not compatible with mods that edits the same area, the cell is Wildness -3, 4
Amenities
Full smithing amenities, 1 wood chopping block, 1 enchanting table, 1 cooking pot, 1 single bed and 2 bedrolls in the storage room.
2 weapon racks, safe storage (every container).
A few idles for your followers to use when sandboxing.
