At the lowest stage of hunger in Last Seed you get a buff that gives +10% health regeneration. This patch changes the buff to +100% but it stops during combat, the idea being it can provide an alternative way of healing but only in between combat, similar to Enderal.
Made with mods in mind that disable the passive health regen (like Requiem).
ESPEE, so does not take up a slot in your load order.
