About this mod
I've never been a big fan of most weather mods
This is a vanilla weather mod, minus all the sunny and clear sky weathers.
(Other weather mods are NOT compatible)

I've found myself in somewhat of a conundrum
I absolutely love the vanilla weathers and their color palette
The only issue though, when it's clear or sunny, colors do not look right at all anymore. Everything is washed out, and the most annoying of all :
npcs and the player character look like they're being burned by the sun with that awful gamma (even on the lowest brightness!), IMO it doesn't fit the cold and dreary theme of skyrim that I always had in my mind playing oblivion and morrowind.
Previously, the only solutions would've been to either use an enb, which look gorgeous and add so much to the game BUT axe your performance in half
OR
use one of the many weather mods, which in my opinion, save maybe for obsidian weathers, stray too far from the intended vanilla artistic vision of this game.
This mod fixes that simply by removing the sunny and clear sky weathers from the game
The result is a toned down, kind of dreary and depressing looking skyrim (but hopefully not too much)
Suffice to say, this is not compatible with other weather modifying mods.
I would also recommend you to set the brightness to the lowest setting.
