Binds Console Scroll up and Scroll down to Numpad 8 and 9 for Laptop users that don't have the PgUp and PgDn keys

Changed the console command controls for scrolling search results from [PgUp] to [Numpad 8] to scroll up and [PgDn] to [Numpad] 2 to scroll down for Laptop users or those who prefer different keybinds.
Should not affect ingame keybinds as it is strictly only used when the console is open
Been modding and playing skyrim for years but my PC broke down and I started going to college so I opted to buy a gaming laptop instead, unfortunately the one that I got doesn't have PgUp and PgDn buttons so I can't scroll up the console results, it became a massive headache when debugging and looking for IDs with general names so I searched the internet and the Nexus and unfortunately no concrete fix, finally found an amazing keybinder tool, the Skyrim Control Mapper that's simple to use for the common people and I manage to finally solve the problem.
If your keyboard layout isn't compatible with mine and this patch doesn't work as intended or if you use a premade controlmap from the nexus and prefer to change it to a different key then you can customize it yourself on the Skyrim Control Mapper

Guide:
1. Find your skyrim controlmap.txt or download one from the Nexus
2. Select the controlmap.txt that you want to change, on the website (link above)
3. Find the Console section and change PgUp and PgDn to whatever key you wish
4. Save and replace your controlmap.txt OR change the controlmap.txt from a downloaded keybind changer mod
Installation:
May require a mod manager since the interface folder where the controlmap.txt is located is packed inside an archive so use MO2 or Vortex and simply install
