Fixed a masters issue between Blindfolds for Argonians and Lacks/Strange Argonian Follower which is also on nexus, thanks and credit to Zachluigi for informing me of the issue.

Removed the custom race, now Lacks should be able to wear all armors, moved Lacks to the Argonian Race, removed his voice and his quests, as the quests conflict with follower frameworks

Gear: His own Leather Armor and his own Iron greatsword
You can find Lacks in Whiterun, specifically the Drunken Huntsman.
Should work with any framework (load frameworks lower then him)
