Vanilla overhaul of the lovely resident of Rorikstead, Lemkil, and his two daughters home. The mod is ESL Flagged and won't cost an ESP slot in your load order, there is also an optional Lux patch to fix some of the lighting issues very prevalent from the mod. No custom textures or meshes so it will look different from screenshots depending on your load order.
Lemkil Farm
Lemkil, a widower after his wife died in childbirth works the land in Rorikstead to sustain him and his family; even though he clearly has no love for the children his wife died giving birth to, as is very evident in his voice lines. You should probably go kill Lemkil and adopt his daughters, but not the little shit Britte.
I decided to renovate the home by giving a much greater separation between Lemkil and his daughters, as he clearly wants little to do with them so I created a wall dividing them. The daughters space has been given a bit more a distinct separation from the rest of the home as children need their own space whenever possible. There has also been the addition of a loft in the home to hold some of the produce and storage for the farm. Not much else to add, a simple farmers home.
