I frequently will browse load order library for modlists when getting ideas for my own lists. My biggest gripe with that tool is that you get a nice pretty modlist, but you have to look each mod up on nexus manually. With this tool, you can now export a modlist as a CSV and load it up in Google Sheets or Excel. Once you do, you can browse the list and have clickable links to all the mods. It also includes all the plugins loaded for that mod and what their load order is.
This will show up in your MO2 Tools list as "Lazy Modlist Export". When you run it, it will drop a CSV filed called LazyListExporter.csv into your current profile folder. You can then import that to Google Sheets or Excel. They should detect the separators automatically.
To install, just extract this zip file into your MO2/plugins folder. it should look like this:
