Removed hoods, helmets or hats for female NPCs outfits from Bijin series

If you are in the middle of a playthrough you'll probably need to reset their inventory (open console, select NPC, resetinventory).
Done by changing NPC's outfit to a version without the headgear. For Karliah, her outfit had the hood removed. Illia had her outfit changed to wear normal non-hooded blue robes.
Since there is no hoodless court wizard outfit, I modified the "werewolf mage" outfit (not referenced by any NPC) which uses Blue Robes and added the shoes. If you think the NPCs losing magicka regen from this change is a big deal, download the archived version which also changes those robes to give the same magicka regen as the Blue Mage Robes
