About this mod
A modest house located right beside Half-Moon Mill. Has every amenity you need in the house and in the basement there is a modest bar, smithing area, study, and hidden cellar. Outside there is a sitting area, archery area, and chicken coup. This is a much updated version of my 2012 house mod that I made in college.

In 2021 I had some free time and decided to do a 10 anniversary replay of the game.
This is the result of my effort to update and beatify my first mod for the the 10th anniversary.
I honestly just forgot to upload it.
It is located across the road from half-moon mill and is compatible with the few other house mods in that area. Ie.The Hobbit House, etc
It's really quite homely.
1st Floor:
The entryway ground floor features a tasteful weapons, armor, and shield display.
Smelting, smithing, grindstone, tempering, and tanning stations are integrated beside the display area.
Nestled adjacent to them are weapons storage.
To the left is the private study, enchanting, staff enchanting, and alchemy area.
The door to the cellar is located beside the enchantment station.
To the right is the livingroom, fireplace, dining area, and master bedroom
The Fireplace has baking and cooking crafting
2nd floor:
A follower bedroom, a game room with book storage,
a walkway to a small reading room,
a large library for all your book collecting needs,
and a childrens room with 4 beds
In the cottage you have:
numerous weapon displays - roughly 30.
numerous shield displays - roughly 20.
4 mannequins
enchanting and alchemy tables
anvil, grindstone, workbench, tanning rack
plenty of storage located throughout
In the basement you have:
8 mannequins
7 weapons display racks
20 weapon racks
Bar and barkeep
A blacksmith who is also a follower
bard and merchant
hidden cellar and unique wine, mead, and moonshine (the key to the mead in hidden in the wine racks)
enchanting and alchemy tables
anvil, sharpener, workbench, smelter, tanning rack, storage
study
There is a unmarked deer stand across the wooden bridge hidden behind trees
The chicken coup and garden is on the side of the house.
The adventure in a cave involving a blades patrol lost in a sinkhole was removed.
