I cannot guarantee compatibility with both mods since this mod and HExt both change exteriors, nonetheless some objects will clip with others, that there will also be some navmesh problems.

I have reverted the old altar and NPC that was deleted in previous versions of this mod.
In the load order, try to reorder Improved Adoptions Merged either before or after this mod's plugin. Otherwise, open the console, clicking on the trees and using the Disable console command may help.
What a great mod, thank you! Finally the lakeview manor has a lakeview!
One minor aspect that doesn't quite resonate with me is the inclusion of enchanting or alchemy tables in the area. In my opinion, these amenities seem redundant since the main house already features them.
The mod is good, but not immersed in the NPCs. No one occupies or uses the food counters, pools or anything outside the basic house. It's all for decoration. I miss the other mod that was removed.
A follower management mod like EFF or NFF should be used to allow follower NPCs to temporarily make use of everything while idling around, or assign a follower to that area as a "resident".
Also, aC3s can go take a walk. His take on Lakeview, in my harsh view, is overloaded.
Is there any mod I can pair with this to add more beds for followers? Ideally, without dumping them in the cellar, or having them snuggle up in double beds?
Firstly, thank you for porting this, and working on the development for SE! I do love this mod. Secondly, FYI in the NO Guards version, tile textures were missing in the pool area and the BBQ bar was not present (I'm not sure if this was just a patch). Lastly, on a positive note, for those interested this mod is compatible with "Lakeview Manor - REAL Armory For North Wing SSE (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/75785)."
1. Build your house, with "trophy room" for the north wing. (do NOT build the interior) 2. build the rest of the house interior (EXCEPT for North Wing) 3. leave the property (SAVE) 4. Install "Lakeview Manor - REAL Armory For North Wing SSE (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/75785)." Activate (RUN LOOT) 5. Should be good! *Note, I had one issue with a mannequin off place.
I had all three of these manors in my LE games for years and was never bothered by the red tiles, in fact they look great. What I was always bothered by was the grass and other shite coming up through a "hard surface", very unreal and un-immersive. Is there a way to delete this stuff from the immediate areas or a mod to accomplish the same result?? (Without removing all groundcover throughout the whole of Tamriel preferred) Have finally given up on LE and currently in my first playthrough on the SE, considering adding these into my LO for the next run-through. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, THANK you in advance.
Thank you for your response, tell me if I am wrong here. I have seen this mod before but didn't DL it because as I read it, it was for peeps who have "grass" mods installed. I don't have any grass, groundcover, flower etc mods installed so assumed it didn't apply to my game situation. Is that a correct assumption, or am I wrong ? Thank you for these mods, we've enjoyed them "muchly" in out LE games.
Regarding Grass! I have to look up the LE mod, but the grassy areas in Whiterun looked manicured. Also, Is it possible for the Mod "Lakeview Manor- Real Armory for North Wing SSE" (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/75785) to be able to work with Avant Garden? I always thought the houses were quite dull with the standard options.

Translations with only the plugin, yes, just message me.
But the whole mod... Nope.

I will use in this playthrough this mod, along Lakeview. Manor - As It Should Be and Hearthfire Cellars Fully Upgraded SE, so far so good.
The thing that confuse a bit is that Lakeview. Manor - As It Should Be has a exterior plugin. Do conflict with this mod or is ok to use too?.
I make the comment here because the author of the mod have the comments section blocked.
Thanks in advance.
See comment below, should work.

The No Guards versions actually have the guard NPCs removed, which means you need the main mod for the assets.
Install the main mod, then overwrite the existing plugin with the No Guards patch.

It should be used even with only vanilla grass.
The Pool mods only alter the exterior, they do not touch the interior at all.
