LAKEVIEW MANOR AVANTGARDEN EXtra
for the Hearthfire DLC
Mod includes the following:for the Hearthfire DLC
- Heated pool and bathtub with autostrip and reequip only for followers and other NPCs
- Idle markers for NPCs
- Outdoor kitchen and dining area
- Garden with 30 plantable plots
- Alchemy and enchanting tables
- Proper ambient lighting
- Wheat mill to produced flour
Boat shack (formerly a necromancer's altar)- Perimeter lighting
- Proper patrol paths
- Full defense perimeter wall and sentry tower
- 8 full-time sentries allied only to you (that is, no allegiance to anyone but your character and your friends)
- Some shade trees after clearing off trees that are too large
- Retractable gate barriers
- Built-in gate flamethrowers
- Frostfall and CFTO compatible
- Heat controls for hot tub
- Checked and cleaned with TES5edit and tested
Backstory:
The original mod was an expansion of the existing Lakeview Pool and Hot Baths mod, by adding a garden and a perimeter wall. Since it was very lush it was appropriate to call it Avant Garden.
Today the mod has been streamlined and some huge improvements added to ensure your character and your family's comfort and safety.
Installation:
- Enter any interior space then make a savegame
- Install this mod using any mod manager or manually extract and copy
Uninstallation:
- Retrive all items from storage chests
- Enter any interior space then make a savegame
- Exit Skyrim and Uninstall this mod
Compatibility Notes:
- Other mods that modify Lakeview, especially the navmesh or adds more clutter to cause clipping, may not work with this mod.
- Compatible with Frostfall
- Should work with Hearthfire Attacks Disabled
- Not compatible with Lakeview Manor Fortifications (possible navmesh edits, too much clipping)
- Compatible with Lakeview Manor - As It Should Be
