Simply centers the elk head hanging above the balcony in the Bannered Mare. I noticed it the other night and couldn't unsee it.
I don't think this has been done before - I doubt anyone else has ever noticed or, if they did, was bothered by it in the first place.
This may not necessarily be a fix in the strictest sense of the word, but most wall hangings like this in the game are usually centered - even the other elk head in the same room is centered above the doorway.
Either way, it bothered me. Maybe it bothers you, too.
