Mod has been recreated from scratch. The main page contains detailed information on how the new version works.
Changed the maximum number of portal pairs from 6 to infinite.
Added a configurable Soul Gem cost to creating a portal. This cost is only paid when creating the first portal in a pair, the second portal is free. You start out requiring Grand Souls, but can use smaller and smaller souls as your Conjuration level increases. This cost can optionally be removed at a certain Conjuration level.
The spells have changed. Instead of each portal getting a unique spell, there are now three spells:
Open: This spell creates a portal marker. You can create portal markers with nothing but magicka, to make sure you are happy with the location before you spend the soul gem. Activate the portal marker to spend a soul gem and create a portal. Casting while sneaking will reveal the nearest portal if it is hidden.
Hide: This spell launches a projectile. If the projectile hits a portal, it is hidden from view. If cast while you are sneaking, the portal will be destroyed instead.
Relocate: This is an expert level spell. Cast while sneaking to mark the nearest portal. Cast while standing to move the marked portal to your location.
Added MCM. This MCM requires the MCM Helper mod.
Portals have been changed from "Door" objects to "Activator" objects, so they are now compatible with Save Unbaker.
Portals are now visible from the back. From the back they look like a semi-transparent black wall.
Updated the Lore text in the book to reflect the usage of soul gems.
The default portal size is scaled to 0.6, instead of 1.0. You can adjust the size in the MCM.
Version 1.4
Added new customization option to set the size of the portals. You can go outside the ranges I have set with the console command "set Liminal_DefaultScale to 1" choosing a value between 0.01 and 10 if you want to go crazy.
If updating from a previous version mid-game, you will need to dispose of your current spell tome and get a new one for the new configuration options to appear.

Fixed the texture compression formats with Cathedral Assets Optimizer, massively reducing the file size. Textures are now all 2k instead of random sizes. (Except the Solid Black, that is an unmodified vanilla texture)

Fixed incorrect FormIDs introduced in the 1.1 update. If you are on 1.1, you should update immediately.
Modified portals to use a copy of the vanilla mesh so that other mods can replace the wayshrine portals without causing incompatibility.

Added new Master Spell option. This is a single spell that, when cast, will display a menu to select which portal to control. For those who would rather have just one spell in their spell list. If updating from 1.0 mid save, you'll need to dispose of your old spell tome, then get a new one. If you do not, then the old spell tome will do nothing if you try to add/remove the new master spell.
Removed duplicate texture files from FOMOD installer to reduce file download size.
