Adds a fence with a great amount of gold to Whiterun, next to the sewer grate up the hill after turning left off the bridge entering through the main gate. He also sells a unique weapon which knocks out enemies for five minutes. Valuable items worth 5,000 gold each can be found across Skyrim and sold to him, the locations of which he sells for a single septim.
