The Original Skyrim Version

Description:

Want to remove any male human housecarls?
Want to have some different races of followers in Skyrim?
Isn't it good if the Jarls give you a trained and strong creature follower?

That's why you become a thane!

This mod turns Argis the Bulwark (the Markarth housecarl) and Calder (the Windhelm housecarl) to a Dwarven Sphere and Snowy Sabre Cat, and there are some small changes that make them a bit different from the original creatures, including:

Argis:

As a Dwarven Sphere, he can swim! (The original Spheres can't do this)
As a Dwarven Sphere, he speaks human language! (by Male Nord Voice Type)
As a Dwarven Sphere, however, he has no machine sound when he stops moving. (Feel free to let him guard your residence without any noise)
As a Dwarven Sphere, he owns a Dwarven appellation in his name! Glory of Dwarvens! (He is called "Argis the Dwarven Bulwark")
As a Dwarven Sphere, he has 900 carry weights!
As a Dwarven Sphere, he can just join a certain combat once. If his health is decreased to 0, he will not regenerate the health until the combat is finished. However, you can heal him to rejoin the combat!

Short Story:

Argis the Dwarven Bulwark was an abandoned Dwarven Sphere that was found near a Dwarven ruin. When the Markarth nobles got this broken machine, a mysterious man appeared, and asked the nobles gave him the Dwarven Sphere in order to fix it. He said after the Dwarven Sphere had been fixed, the nobles must find a person who would become a thane and give him/her this Dwarven Sphere as his/her Housecarl. When the fix of the Dwarven Sphere had been completed, he gave this Dwarven Sphere a name, immediately gave the nobles a lot of golds, asked them what he said again and disappeared at a shorter than a moment. The nobles were happy, surprised, and afraid if they could really find that correct person the mysterious man pointed?
Until you the Dovahkiin appear!

Calder:

As a Snowy Sabre Cat, he can OPEN DOORS! So have fun to adventure with your Big Cat everywhere!
As a Snowy Sabre Cat, he can speak human language! (by Male Brute Voice Type, I swapped these two housecarl's Voice to have suitable characters on them)
He is a bit lazy, if you stop walking for a while, he will lie down and doesn't want to get up, sometimes even if you have moved for a long distance!

Short Story:

As a extremely cold place, Skyrim has many brave warriors, some of them train beasts to become their companion, when you become the thane of Windhelm, the Jarl will give you a beast housecarl-- A Snowy Sabre Cat!
It looks so fierce that you need to overcome your fear first. What a good training for a true Nord! What a good test for a new thane in Windhelm!
Are you ready to accept the challenge?

Notice:

There are some adjustments (health, resistance, etc) to make them suit the way for followers' combat!
Both of their importance are essential! Feel free to let them join combats!

Compatibility:

No any other Mods are required. It should be compatible with any mods that do not modify Argis and Calder.
I've duplicated Dwarven Sphere race and Snow Sabre Cat race in CK to avoid any racial conflicts, so have free to use other mods that changes Dwarven Sphere race and Snowy Sabre Cat race!
If you use meshes and textures that change Dwarven machines and sabre cats, the two housecarls' appearances might be changed, too.
Only an .esp file in this mod, very lite! have fun!

Installation:

Simply put "ArgisCalder.esp" file into your Data folder, then enable the esp file, and finally enter Skyrim, enjoy!
I'm mainly using Mod Organizer (MO) , so I'm not that realize how it works on Nexus Mod Manager (NMM) or other installing ways.

Bug Fix:

If you have any problems while using this mod, post them on "Comments" page that has a "Posts" icon or use "Bugs Report" feature next to the "Comments" page that has a "Bugs" and "!" sign.

Any new ideas on these two creature housecarls? Let me know and I might agree the idea and try to do it in the future!
