Edit of the shack originally made by Kralyks but now with all the crafting stations and more arranged storage keeping the aesthetics simple and comfy.
If you choose the buyable version you can buy the house key from Revyn Sadri at "Sadri's Used Wares" in Windhelm. Search it in his misc items for sale.
The shack is north of Windhelm, once installed it's already visible on your map:
