   Is there a mod that distribute this mod to vanilla npcs, and famous npcs mod like Interesting NPCs?

      Typically if there are patches/add-ons that use mods, there will be a Requirements tab in the description. There's a section labeled Mods Requiring This File.
      
      Worth noting, I made these as resources for my own WIP Argonian NPC overhaul mod, Children of the Hist, which I might even finish someday

   would you consider making a version without the male frills for those of us that dont want the clipping but can't use unique character?

      Why would I make a version without it when you can just choose not to use the crest/frill combo? The same crests I used in combination with the frill are available without the frill
      
      Spikeless heads aren't a requirement for this mod either, just a suggestion

    I have literally been waiting for a mod like this, to make a more Dinosaur looking Argonian. Finally my playthrough can begin!
