Greystone Lodge is a custom house mod comprising many custom assets (about 80%) made completely from scratch. From custom architecture models, decorations, furniture and many hand painted textures.

The property is located on the north-western edge of the tundra, between Rorikstead and Dragon's Bridge, with a great view of the surrounding valley it is nestled within. The house will of course have a map marker, which will already available for fast travelling to.

The house feature all the amenities expected in a player home. Including mannequins, forge, alchemy, enchanter, weapon displays and much more. The house is also fully navmeshed, allowing for full access for the followers and family.
I would recommend using 'Hearthfire multiple adoptions - Now with custom home support for kids and spouse' by tmpheonix for moving your family into the home.

The process for obtaining the house is very simple. There will be a 'For Sale' out front of the property by the main entrance. Merely approach said sign and activate it, there you will be prompted asking if you wish to purchase the property for 40,000 septims. Once purchased you will then receive the key to the property.

Any and all suggestions would be really appreciated. I would really like some ideas on what additions, updates and any other feedback the house mod could use.
