    This mod only seems to add the spells to my player spellbook outside of VL.
    I have sacrosanct, vampire lord expansion and vampire lords can fly.
    Time to try the power version!

    I am wondering. Does this level up illusion? Like the blood raze spell levels up destruction

      Answer: Yes. 'Undead Charm' certainly does, and 'Night's Embrace' will too if you don't go for the Lesser Power option.
