I needed a mod that allowed me to fast travel outside of my player homes, but the only one available at this time does not work with open cities. I decided to create this mod for anyone who has open cities and wants to fast travel outside of their homes directly. If you want to make a better version, go ahead. If you encounter any bugs, crashes, or infinite load screens, please try to recreate the problem again with the mod installed, if it happens again, try to recreate it without the mod installed. If it still happens, it is almost definitely not my mod, and if it doesn't happen, it is most likely my mod. Bother mod authors appropriately.

I also have now made an additional file that adds a fast travel marker on top of the archmage's quarter so you can get inside quickly, where before you encountered at least 2 loading screens before being inside it.
