Lets you enter the college of winterhold as the Dragonborn anytime after Dragon Rising is completed.

In the base game, you only have the option to enter the College of Winterhold as the dragonborn during the quest Elder Knowledge. I found this to be strange, since you basically know you are the dragonborn and posess dragonborn abilities right after Dragon Rising (when you kill the Whiterun dragon).
This mod allows that option to be enabled (demonstrate the shout to Faralda) to easily enter the College right after Dragon Rising is completed.
