Attention: The following proper solution was provided by starkilla1979. I suggest using this solution rather than mine so that you can enjoy all the great FOTFE outfits!

"I just deleted the uni-body that was attached then added a 3ba body to the ones missing in Bodyslide studio.
Bodyslide:
1. Find the outfit with issue. (Preview window open) Select open in Bodyslide studio.
2. Select a working outfit with skin attached, open this one in Bodyslide studio as well.
BodySlide Studio:
1. select the working outfit with skinbody (3BA)
2. right click/select export... Export as .nif ... Save to a folder where you will retrieve it from.
3. You can close this outfit studio window.
The outfit to fix:
1. select the unibody / right-click / select delete.
2. Go to file/select import... Import the 3BA.nif that you just exported.
* You might have to inflate the clothes a bit to fit the back of the legs.
3. CTRL-S to save the update.
In the preview window in bodyslide "not studio"
if you select another outfit then select the one you just edited it will show up with bodyskin attached.
Build it like normal.
load your game and ya done :)"

Fashions of the Fourth Era by sforzinda is a wonderful mod that adds very nice lore friendly clothes to Skyrim. However, in my game, some of the outfits display incorrectly on females. The typical problem, that this patch addresses, is that arms on NPCs will flicker between untextured purple and the intended texture/mesh. I have not determined the exact cause for this issue; it may be due to other mods in my load order. I share this mod in case others might find it a beneficial work around until the issue is addressed appropriately.
What does the patch do?
This patch REMOVES FotFE outfits from level lists that display incorrectly in game (see images).
This patch is a work in progress and will be updated as I encounter outfits that warrant inclusion.
How does the patch work?
This patch is a very heavy handed work around; instead of addressing and fixing the problem, it instead removes the problematic outfits from the game. FIXING the removed outfits is unfortunately beyond my current skills at this time, so this is how I have chosen to address the problem in my game. Use this patch if you find this work around acceptable.
The patch consists of edits to level lists that include the outfits that display incorrectly in game. The outfits are removed from the level lists.
Installation
