Now the Hunger summon from Mihail's mod will be able to benefit from the player's perks.
There are also two alternate versions, one where players can't be paralyzed and another where the paralysis duration was lowered.

Now the Hunger summon from Mihail's mod will be able to benefit from the player's perks.
There are also two alternate versions, one where the Hunger was made unable to paralyze the player and another where its paralyzing touch had its duration lowered.
The optional changes are as follows:

On the "weakened" version:
The hunger's paralyzing touch had its duration lowered from 4s to 2s.
On the "PC immunity" version:
The hunger's paralyzing touch now should target the player no longer.

1: Download and install Hungers- Mihail Monsters and Animals (SE-AE version) (''daedra'')
2: Download this tweak and load after it.
-Not a Standalone-
You still need Mihail's original mod, don't ask me to make a standalone version, I wont. Also, it is not needed, as this patch's (light) plugin simply overwrites the original's one, not counting toward the plugin limit.
