    This mod is only a mesh for people that have only the original Serana or my mod ENPCO. I can't guarantee sucess on other esp's that mess with her.

      Good choice! Im gonna have a look in that head mesh and see if I can get that working for me, then I say something about it.

      ?Ok I finally made it work for me. I had problems with that head mesh and this is the final result after the workaround. Tell me if you still want it so I can ask permissions to the mod author to release it.

    Is there a tutorial somewhere on how to do this? I love everything but the long luxurious hair - not really effective for spelunking or taking on dragons...

      Yep, and it clips with the armor she wears. :) I'd prefer her with a shorter one, though the same face. :)

      To an extent. There is no .esp, so that doesn't matter. But if you use other replacers, make sure this one loads last or overwrites the other(s).

    Also had a black face bug w/ Serana. Tried everything. setnpcweight, export facegen data, etc. nothing worked (except temporarily). Removed old mod, installed this and BANG! FIXED!

    Im not using anythign that messes with her stat,s but I am running dialogue expansions. Go, or nogo?

    Thank you for this port, she worked right out of the box for me. Just a question before I try it way down the line is this playthrough. If I try to cure her vampirism will she her face still be okay?

      Yes, she will maintain her face. If you are going to cure her I advice you to install the normal version (without fangs). Enjoy! ^^

      no. if you have any other mod that messes with Serana she will have a the black face bug.
