A dwemer-style house built under the waves of the Sea of Ghosts... really?

This work takes inspiration from Blary's brilliant mod (Dwemer Aquarium - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/14122)
and the absolute need to create my own version.
To enter the underwater ruins of R'lyend, simply fast travel on the imperial ship "The Alecton", located near the icebergs between Dawnstar and Winterhold.
From there jump onto the platform and activate the retractable bridges that lead you to the elevator. An imperial expedition has already preceded you but unfortunately none of them remained alive...
Under the Sea of Ghosts, there is a war between terrible sea creatures descended from the Daedric Lord of Knowledge and intelligent dwemer automatons of unknown origins.
The dungeon is structured with multiple levels that can be accessed by finding the keys.
New traps, ambushes and boss fights await you... as well as new ingredients, weapons, armors and items to decorate the house.
Exploring the ruins is optional, as just search the backpack near the tent in the first room to find the key to the house, along with a ring that gives you the power to teleport there at any time.
The house has several rooms, all with a unique style and with all the essential services.
COMPATIBILITY:
Tested on SE (+300 mods) and AE vanilla, in both cases I found no problems.
NOTE:
There is a little mistake regarding the dungeon elevator, to call it uphill, press the switch several times and wait a few seconds.
