This doesn't apply to the spells if they've been added to NPCs does it? I taught Serana Blood Garden using Nether's Follower Framework and Conjure Wrathman. The Wrathman attacks her and my character if they get hit by Blood Garden.
I thought I wouldn't need this but then surrounding NPCs particularly in cities began to get upset about serana's blood brand time bombs. (They hurt any one passive or not around their AOE)
This (sadly) doesn't stop you from destroying skeletons with the Vampire Lord's Raze and Blood Storm powers, but you can copy the condition changes this mod makes to their DamageHealth and AbsorbHealth magic effect records to fix this.
hoping to see this updated with the new spells like blood scourge, really love using other vampire followers and attacking them with my spells is really keeping me from going all out as a vampire

I made a quick update, but I have yet to unlock the spell in-games to see if it works (I'm not a fan of adding spells via consoles) Edit:It works! yay!
