Note for NPC Overhaul authors that use BnP:
I think (?) this may still be needed for the male textures, but the female textures are good without this-- just use black _sk maps for head/body/hands. Bonus is that ENB users don't need an extra patch

please correct me if i'm mistaken!

I'm a tad bit confused by this pack, for males, this pack ALWAYS has seams for some reason for me, the exception is the subsurface texture seems to work perfectly but otherwise its just... Seam city?

Don't get me wrong, its actually still useful but it doesn't seem to actually be a straight up patch?
    I assumed the mod was:

You want to use COTR + BnP?
Install BnP body textures to COTR folder then install this patch ontop of it to make the heads match

    Am I wrong?

I may be misunderstanding, but can this be installed with a mod manager, or do I need to manually copy and paste the fixes into individual npc's textures? Thank you! I'm trying to fix neck seams on modded followers.

Take the female textures found in the "female" folder from the texture pack of your choice (Realore, Bijin skin, etc,.) and replace the files found in the "Body" of COTR's "Textures" folder.
Main file (COTR Neck Seam Fixes) = Mod manager.

      Works well. Checked with Realore.

I tried both bnp files, installed every option of the larger one at the bottom and still none worked :( Males have neck seam.

Edit: If you use bnp, in its fomod you have to pick the standard sk texture option, that solved the neck seam.

I have been using a Kaiden 2 replacer by Koralina for the past few years that I was never able to remove the seam from. I had tried everything and your mod completely removed the seam. I am so Impressed! Thanks ~

Thanks for your hard work. Is it possible to make a patch for SOS-light?

    Hello,

I use BNP and sam your mod works perfectly for the male body but I still have the seam with the female body, I double checked that I picked the same option in both bnp female and your neck seam mod but it still there. Could it be because of the RSV patch for bnp female( the mod that give different skin based on race)?

As far as I know RSV and its BnP patch do not work with the COTR races at the moment! By default however, the female COTR races use their own skin textures, located inside the COTR folder (textures/!COR/Body and textures/!COR/hands), as stated in the notes part of the description, please make sure to copy paste your female skin textures into COTR's female skin textures folder, otherwise the corresponding neck seam fix I've made for the females will not work!
