Replaces the sounds of dragon soul absorb, level up and skill level up

Recommended to use the XWM version by default cause it's more compact and is Skyrim SE's default sound file format. Switch to WAV version if it doesn't work as expected. The reason of this can be, when another sound mod is already installed using .wav files, so the .xwm files don't overwrite them. If so, you don't need to keep the XWM version.
Round start is used for dragon soul absorb. Round end is used for level up sound.
This sound is used for the skill level up screen after a level up has been achieved, but only the last 16 seconds.
Use your prefered mod manager to install.
If you prefer manual installation:
1. Download and extract the file to your Skyrim SE main directory folder.
2. Overwrite when asked.
