It's only a plugin to prevent Karliah to wear her Thieves Guild hood.
Suitable for people that use NPC overhauls and want her hair visible, simple as that.
This plugin should be compatible with everything, cause only touches an outfit record, if you're installing it mid-game and doesn't work, open the console, select Karliah and type ResetInventory. Profit!
