OVERVIEW
I was using Skoglendi in combination with Grass FPS Booster (cause my potato PC, can't handle that much grass) and i noticed that all of Skyrim regions were lush(almost) except for the Tundra near Whiterun,so I thought to make a little patch to make Tundra more lush without touching other regions for all the potatoes out there. Simple as that.
There's also an optional patch for Solstheim, for people having a bad time with performance and density.
INSTALLATION
Load after Skoglendi
You can use it with Grass FPS Booster if you need more FPS
