As the title suggests it's just Raid Weathers but with volumetric lighting enabled. I suggest loading the plugin after RAID's main plugin otherwise the mod will have no effect.
Suggested Plugin Load Order - RAID Weathers.esp RAID Weathers - lower saturation.esp (load in any order after the main plugin) RAID Weathers - Volumetrics Enabled.esp (load in any order after the main plugin) Raid Weathers - Vanilla Night.esp OR raid nights.esp
