About this mod

A mysterious basement hatch that you can pickup and take with you anywhere. When placed down, you can enter your home as if by magic. Comes with follower support so they can come too. Home can even be converted into a family home if you are crafty enough to uncover its many secrets. This is a mod I thought I had lost forever.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
Well, as the name suggests, this is a portable home you can just stash into your backpack and take with you. It can be found in the guard's barracks inside castle Dour within Solitude.

It comes with a menu interaction when you click on the hatch. Just select what you intend to do and it happens. To pack it up to carry, the menu will replace the hatch with a backpack. Clicking on the backpack (DO NOT JUST PICK IT UP), use the menu again to either unpack or place into your inventory.

At this point, a power will appear in your list of powers. It will be called 'drop hatch' or something like that; can't remember. but, you will know what it means.

Just activate the power to drop the knapsack, DO NOT JUST DROP IT DOWN from your inventory manually. When the power activates and drops the knapsack, click on the knapsack again to unpack it. This is all menu driven okay? So, you need SkyUI for this.

Anyway,

Let me try and remember; oh yes, it is a bit dusty down there so bring a broom. There is one down there anyway but brooms are not what they used to be you see, sometimes they can break.

There is a pickaxe in a barrel down there too, just in case you would like to clear out more area.

As a heads up, if you find a skeleton to sweep up, pay very close attention to the ground around the skeleton; I dropped something there when a big rock fell on me and it may be hard to find.

Oh, if you do find it, please keep it in your inventory; may come in handy.

This is for Special Edition for Skyrim only. I don't know nothin' about Anniversary nor do I have Special Edition.

Don't install this over a current game; it won't work unless you start a new game.

Lastly, don't forget to pick it up when you leave out on an adventure.

That is, if you don't mind forgetting where you placed it...

There ain't no beacon; it's a dummy moment I'm all to familiar with myself.
