Tried my best to get these two to play together nicely.

Brute forcing compatibility between LC Build Your Noble House and Fabled Forests by deleting anything that's floating or clipping with something. A whole bunch of plants and trees.
Well, setting them to initially disabled. I'm new to this sort of thing, but I think it worked.
The downside to how I did this is a lot of extra harvestable stuff added by Fabled Forests is gone now in that region. They probably could've been moved somewhere else, but I'm not good at the Creation Kit. A few patches of mountain flowers.
Load this after both of them, and probably load Build Your Noble House after Fabled Forests for best results.
