Ordinator Vancian energy recovery from passing time, sitting, killing and even praying. Magicka with modifiers can count to vancian energy.

Main thing is magicka with modifiers counts as vancian energy. Investing in health when your armour is with magicka now won't mess up your build.
It scales great with sacrosanct "kiss of death". You feel that power from a thousand victims.
Default settings:
each kill restores 1 vancian slot
every 2 in-game hours restores 1 vancian slot,
sitting after 10 seconds recovers full vancian as sleeping
Magicka With Modifiers counts to vancian slots - not only with base
Praying from wintersun is special and you recover instantly. I can't change that. It counts as sitting so you can always disable that.
