-Lowered the priority of the dialogues so they don't conflict with some of the marriage idle lines about setting up a wedding. -Made the lover idles random with reset timers so they don't always play
RDO locks a lot of lover dialogue to needing the NPC to be in the playermarried faction. In the MCM version of RDO, there was an option to disable or enable this condition. However, since RDO Lite doesn't have a MCM, this patch removes that condition and replaces it with just needing a relationship rank to the player of 4 (lover).
This affects both female and male NPCs.
