This mod adds Viktor into the game, as a follower and as a replacer of Harkon. You can find the follower version patrolling in whiterun and Jorrvaskr, or find him as the Leader of the Vampire faction in the Volkihar Castle. The follower version is really strong (Cheated, Abused)
