Changelogs

Version 2.1
- Removed all edits to the smithing menu.
  Removed all wild edits to the npc records..
  USSEEP fixes carried over.
  Massive cleaning and optimization overall.
Version 2.0
- All files have been reprocessed through gimp and nifscope. This optimized the files by a good bit.
  Removed all Smithing menu changes they will only take effect if using CCOR, CCFR or WAFR.
  Cleaned and double checked the .esp file while I was at it.
