Turns Elemental Vision of Skyrim into a slightly more balanced Jewels version, worn by the ones involved in The Cult of the Dragonborn.

-Jewels are no longer disenchantable
-Fixes restoration and move speed jewels enhancement
Rebalances the visions from Elemental Vision of Skyrim if you prefer like me the aesthetics and want somewhat less buffing of your character's powers by using them.
- All Visions renamed to Dovahkiin Jewel/Dovakin Jewel (choose when downloading).
- All Visions Powers have now more supportive role, than big power-spikes when acquired.
- Removed entirely shout-timer reduction effect, due to possible conflict with your modlist.
